Voytsekovskaya Svetlana Anatolyevna Comparative study of protein metabolism in plants under hypoxia and anoxia // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2000. Issue 9 (25). P. 48-49

The influence of hypoxia and anoxia on protein metabolism in seedlings wheat and rice, which differ in steadiness to the studing factor, was analysed. Under anaerobic conditions the content of protein decreased. The effect of protein synthesis inhibitors (actinomycin D and cycloheximide) was investigated in aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The results of the proteins synthesis inhibitors experiments indicate that synthesis of some proteins takes place in conditions of transitory anoxia (1 day for wheat and 3 day for rice).

Generalizing basic expressions we can follow the evolution of spectral maximum. It turns out there is a condition for radiation maximum to stay at highest harmonic.

The article reveals the specifics of the genesis of money and monetary relations in primitive culture from the perspective of facts stated in anthropology, which sufficiently suggested that money existed in primitive culture. Directly to economic exchange (barter), they were not required, but the money worked in non-functioning forms of exchange and initiated rational disposal of surplus. Money in the ritual exchange of “Kula” united the different parts of the primitive society, after that the economic exchange was possible. In the ritual of “potlatch” the money were fixed amount consumed for sacrificial benefits that had to return to the owners with increasing in future.

The article shows the specifics of the functioning of economic concepts of the media, carried out by an intermediary between reality as a mass audience and as a powerful tool for influencing readers’ minds. Mass-media not only inform readers, but frequently refract, transform events and facts, allocate with their varied assessments, impose this or that vector of their perception and interpretation. One of the ways of similar transformation of validity in mediadiscourse is metaphor. The object of the research is one of the most meaningful concepts of economic area – concept «inflation», the subject – a specific character of its metaphorical representation in the Russian mediadiscourse of XXI century. As the material of mediatexts’ research (2000-2015), presented in newspaper subcorpus the National corpus of Russian Language have served. During the analysis anthropomorphic, zoomorphic, naturemorphic, military, sports, mechanistic metaphorical models were revealed and described, their role in creation of an image of inflation in consciousness of ordinary native speakers was established, the pragmatic potential of the given models was established, the assessments of inflation shaped by mass-media are revealed. The analysis has shown, that at the given economic stage inflation in Russia is estimated by national massmedia mainly negatively, confirming this metaphorical representation of this concept, as well as its contextual environment. Inflation is metaphorically characterized as a certain subject or object, impeding to normal functioning of a society. It may be a gluttonous essence, «eating» savings of citizens with extreme speed, an invincible soldier beating the poor, a sprinter who starts at high speed and carries away behind itself the prices, a dispersed mechanism which is practically not responding to levers constraining it, destructive elements. Thus, such properties of inflation as uncontrolled, destructive influence on economy, are underlined by the need for serious economic transformations to overcome inflation.

The article considers the formation of “professional competence” term. Corresponding psychological and pedagogical literature was reviewed, correlative terms were analyzed. On the basis of information received the correlation between terms “professionalism”, “professional readiness” and “professional competency” was revealed and presented. Also, scheme presenting correlation of above mentioned terms was introduced. Specific features of professional competency of teachers working with disabled children were considered and analyzed. The structure of professional competency of such teachers was determined and presented in tabular form. There isn’t an aspect of social policy or experience that isn’t deeply caught up in disability issues. Disability is one of the great issues, like race, class and gender. Attitudes, beliefs, and misconceptions of society constitute a major barrier for people with disabilities. Attitude change can follow on heightened awareness, increased contact, and increased meaningful communication between disabled and non-disabled people. Although personal interaction is the most effective medium for conveying the personal experience of disability, the mass media can be an effective vehicle for bringing about greater understanding, and a consequent gradual change in public perceptions of people with disabilities. Language reflects the world around us and also constitutes the ways we understand and experience it. One aspect of the study on disability involves examining the words we use and the ways in which language represents persons and beliefs about them. The language used to talk about disability and disabled persons has changed over time. History, theory, advocacy, politics, and culture influence how disability is expressed and represented. The emergence of new paradigms of disability, the disability rights movement and disability studies, and other changes in culture bring attention to the ways that we talk about and depict disability. Examining varied perspectives on disability reveals considerable variation in language related to disability and how it is regarded. The increase in the number of disabled children requires from specialists new methods, technologies and means of correction at the current stage of development of education. The article discusses the possibilities of the genre of the musical training of future teachers for working in conditions of inclusion. The search for alternative forms of training of future specialists determines the relevance of the article. The presented method of the interactive musical was considered from different positions within the framework of the realization of the formation of the inclusive competences of the students of the pedagogical faculty. The experience of staging a musical on the basis of higher educational institutions as a form of practice-oriented training of future professionals working with children with disabilities (HIA), and implementation of interactive musical institutions as a gradual and complementary work demonstrates positive results. The first stage is devoted to the formation of a new pedagogical consciousness, underlying the adoption of different children and their development, a tolerant acceptance of children with various pathologies. The second stage is directly devoted to the study of new techniques that allow to create independently for a child the conditions for inclusion in the educational process, taking into account his characteristics and needs. The authors also propose to use it in working with children with disabilities. These areas are recommended as nontraditional forms of work with students of higher educational institutions.

This article considers the cognitive approach to the study of metaphors in poetic discourse, which plays a dominant role in contemporary linguistics. The task of this study is to reveal the influence of the context on the choice of metaphors in poetic texts, to describe the types of contexts and to prove the necessity of contextual analysis in the study of poetic discourse. The article describes the method of getting from linguistic metaphorical expressions to the conceptual metaphor in five steps proposed by Gerard Steen. This method suggests using contextual as well as cotextual information to fill in the gaps in comparative structures of source and target domains. The results of the research show that poetic metaphors are created by means of elaboration, extension and questioning of universal conventional models stored in long-term memory or with the help of combinations of those conventional conceptual metaphors. The interpretational potential of conceptual metaphors depends on the external context, as well as on elements within author’s discursive space. We came to a conclusion that cognitive operations involved into the production of metaphors depend on physical, social and cultural situations. The findings of this research also confirm the hypothesis by Z. Kövecses that the system of conceptual metaphors forms a specific type of context, that is a conceptual-cognitive one.

Language is an essential element of culture and it is possible to transfer cultural information via language. Meanwhile, cultural changes affect the development of the language elements such as grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and usage. Therefore, the study of a culture cannot be complete without learning the language in which cultural codes are transmitted. Proverbs are an important part of the language. The contents include moral values, lifestyle, traditional culture and many other aspects. They demonstrate some ethnic cultural values, reflect the inner world of the people. There are many Chinese proverbs showing the traditional ideas of marriage and the right choice of a spouse. The family as a unit of society is an important carrier of continuity and the development of national culture. This article discusses the importance of family life and the meanings of marriage based on the analysis of some typical related Chinese proverbs. The characteristics and special features of Chinese traditional family and marriage values can be represented in these proverbs. The deep structure of the proverbs indicates the need to preserve stability and harmony in the family and marriage, which is one of the most crucial values identified and substantiated through long history. This paper suggests that traditional Chinese people have been paying great attention to the family life and quality of marriage. It emphasizes that when choosing a spouse, moral qualities were considered more seriously than outer appearance. Besides, the positions of the husband and wife should be roughly equal in terms of social classes, financial conditions and educational backgrounds. Proverbs conveys the traditional ideas that men take the leading and dominant roles in family life. By analyzing Chinese proverbs about marriage and family relationships, one can gain further understanding of the traditional Chinese view of marriage and love. In Chinese society at the beginning of the 21st century, traditional values are still the resources for people to develop the new concepts of relations between spouses and such research meets the requirements of the social development of modern society.

The importance of Good Governance in the coun¬try's development process was emphasized by the World Bank, which also pointed out four main princi¬ples of Good Governance. In this article, the author focuses at the present conditions of Kazakhstan's Governance and whether it goes along with the prin¬ciples of Good Governance announced by the World Bank. One of the main outcomes of the analysis of Kazakhstan's Governance is the instability of the pub¬lic sector management, in particular, of the bureaucratic apparatus; a quite sufficient financial accountability; and legislation being at the development stage. Trans¬parency and information are improving. However, in order to build the real Good Governance the Republic of Kazakhstan needs time. And, to become a democ¬racy, Kazakhstan should promote political competition in a real sense.

In the article the process of formation of the genre model of an aesthetic manifest – fragment in V.A. Zhukovsky’s works of the 1810s and A.S. Pushkin’s of the first half of the1820-s is investigated. The material for supervision was poetic-aesthetic Zhukovsky’s manifests and letters, and Pushkin’s letters of the period of the southern reference. The prospect of full realization of the genre form of the fragment opens in late Pushkin’s works of the 1830-s and Zhukovsky’s of the 1840-s, in the poetic and prosaic works with a genre subtitle «Fragment».

The eld of a rotating inclined magnetic dipole is studied. One rst integral of motion and some particular solutions of equations of motion for a charged particle in this eld are found. The effective potential energy of a charge is studied. It is shown that the effective potential energy in the corotating reference system has six stationary points, which correspond to circular motion of a charge.
