ASSESSMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY OF THE COMPETENCE-BASED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS

Information About Author:

The abstract discusses the specifics of the design and assessed effectiveness of the competence-based educational program under andragogical practices. The differences between the appliance of competence-based approach in educational practices and human resource management are marked. Possibilities of application of models of competences for the assessment of productivity of the competence-based focused educational program are experimentally shown.
