This article reveals the meaning and the intercommunication of the personal oriented and the competence approaches to the speech creation forming of the preschool age children taking into account the features of their development. According to the researches, the psycholinguistic, psychological and psycho physiological features of the child development are the base of the speech creation mastering of the preschool age children. The preschool educational organization is the social institute for the each child individuality opening, that’s why the teachers have to adapt the competitions of the education for the children. The term “adaptability” of the educational process opens this position. For the first time the term “adaptability of the educational system” appeared in the Law of the Russian Federation “About the education” as the principle of the state politics in the educational area and it means the adaptation of the educational system for the training level and the development features of the children. As the result, the necessity of the realization of the adaptive educational activity for the speech creation forming of the preschool age children taken into account their development features appears. And the personal oriented and the competence approaches to its realization suppose the adherence to the requirements to the educational activity in the kindergarten. The results of the established stage of the research are adduced. The goal, tasks and the hypothesis of the forming stage of the research are indicated.

Eremina Iuliia Anatolevna, Korytova Galina Stepanovna YOUNG CHILD SOCIALIZATION WITHIN INCLUSIVE GROUP // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 6 (159). P. 31-37

The article reviews the empirical studies of the process of socialization of young children (from birth to three years) under the conditions of inclusive group. Presents the results of the correction of psycho-pedagogical work with normally developing children and children with disabilities in co-education and development. Shows features of programs of psychological support in combination parent-child groups of early development, based on the purposeful formation of a situational-business communication of normative children and children with disabilities with adults, as well as on the gradual inclusion of the child in joint activities with their peers. It was found that the social development of young children with disabilities most successfully runs in group inclusion. The results of the empirical research suggests that the social development of children with disabilities is clearly inferior to normally developing children. Interviews with parents, undertaken at the final stage of study to assess the extent to which their expectations of work groups inclusive and to what extent they are satisfied with its results, show that the condition of these groups have contributed to positive change in view of parents as to the purpose and methods of psychological support and social opportunities for the child at an early age.

This article deals with the analysis of the discourse in the light of philosophy, sociology, sociolinguistics, culturology, semiotics, text linguistics. The discourse analysis has been depicted from the point of text and context aspects. The levels of analysis of language material for discourse characterization have been distinguished. Frames (concept systems) have been considered as the mental units; their contents are being seen as the discourse. The brief review of linguistic processors MathLab, Gate and WordNet data-base has been done; they are defined as the most effective and automated means of discourse analysis of natural languages. The environment Gate includes the elements of corpus and concept analyses and machine learning. These programmes help to define the slot position of markers in their cognitive model. MathLab automates the algorithm in the analysis of the core concepts.

Everyday life of wartime, or military daily life is one of the new research fields of modern historical science. The study of the events of the war “from the trench”, from the position of the combatant, or – through the eyes of a resident of the rear, who finds himself in harsh conditions of survival – helps to reconstruct the everyday labor and leisure practices, the behavioral motives of people, to more fully and deeper explore the reflection of war in the life of the population, and a separate region. The study of published and unpublished archival documents, including memoirs, letters from the inhabitants of Stavropol Territory during the Great Patriotic War, make it possible to present the scope and scale of such a phenomenon as labor mobilization. The population of the province, as well as the whole country, from the first days of the war was involved in the fulfillment of labor obligations – the construction of defense facilities, fortifications, agricultural work. Heavy physical labor, according to the memories of the participants, was beyond the strength of many women, children, adolescents. For the mobilized there were no life and nutritive conditions created, insanitary conditions prevailed. The schoolchildren, who were called to the factory schools, did not have enough clothes and shoes, poor nutrition was combined with hard work instead of training. Numerous “letters to the authorities” of wartime, including from the front line, are filled with pain and despair about the plight of their families, mobilized for work and being at the limit of survival. In general, labor mobilization, accumulating for the needs of defense the free work of a huge number of people, radically changed the daily life of the population. The hardest, in harsh conditions, shock work became the norm of life, allowing, in the end, to win the war.

In today’s social interaction it is widely represented the sphere of conflict communication, which is a reflection of the existence in the society of a stable tendency to understanding the aggression as the permissible norms of hostile demonstrations, potentially punishable act inappropriately interpreted the notions of freedom and personal responsibility. Careful attention of scientists focused on the study of network communication in various forms of embodiment of its genre, in particular, - the correspondence of many social network users. The article presents an analysis of the characteristics of communicative behavior of linguistic identity focused on the implementation of hostile manipulative strategies in relation to others in the network correspondence. Such linguistic identity is defined as the conflict on the basis of a number of parameters, of which the key factor is in favor of communicative intention. In particular, it comes to speech and means to achieve them in a communicative activity of a troll as a carrier of the type of conflict. The essence of trolling - communicative actions of a troll - consists in placing provocative messages on the network in order to create conflict situations. Trolling can have different manifestations, from a «harmless» for the participants in the communication of a verbal clash about certain events and / or individuals, to «hard» forms associated with causing moral harm to the interaction of participants. A motivating base of actions in the network can be the troll’s desire for emotional satisfaction from spilling out negative emotions against other communicators, aggressive and hostile manipulations, shocks. Troll promotes creation of provocation incitement in the communicative field by moving from discussion of social issues to personality of interaction participants. Such course of action, of course, entails a response. Troll can be seen in groups, discussing a variety of topics and issues and contemporary life. However, this discussion speaks only about the reason for a troll to «catch» and then, from the replica to the replica to deploy negative-emotional «onslaught» on the interlocutors. A natural result of becoming a failure in communication or its complete cessation. The specificity of the troll’s network behavior allows us to talk about its potential responsibility in the field of ethical and legal relations. This is facilitated by the factors: firstly, the deployment of manipulative trolling actions for specific network participants’ correspondence; secondly, active use in speech of stylistically reduced and obscene words, performing the function of invective. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. The main trends of innovative activity in the university are singled out. It is emphasized that the teaching process should reflect the scientific theory on the one side, and on the other side, it should enable teaching the student to think and gain knowledge on his own. Widespread use of interpersonal communication in the group form of learning is considered by the author as one of the ways to activate students’ cognitive activity and develop their leadership qualities which are necessary for the leaders of science-driven productions. Possible approaches to the organization of students’ training in the university which can be implemented in the conditions of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ are presented. The possible variant of introduction of innovation in the system of evaluating students’ learning activity in the form of a “quality loop” is described. In this paper the authors investigate the extent of peroxide haemolysis, contents of malonic dialdehyde and morphology of human erythrocytes under the infl uence of sodium hypochlorite after incubation with liposomes of different composition. There is an effect of “empty” liposomes and liposomes containing in the structure ±-tocopherol, and dihydroquercetin emoksipin. It is shown that all types of liposomes reduce the degree of hemolysis, the accumulation of malonic dialdehyde and inhibit transformation of erythrocytes. All investigated characteristics of the studied liposomes exhibit a pronounced membrane-stabilizing effect on the peroxide hemolysis of erythrocytes.

The article deals with oikonyms of Turkic origin on the territory of Azerbaijan that are analysed on the basis of scientific-theoretical and factual material. Historical excursus makes it possible to trace formation and development of the Azerbaijani language. The toponyms mentioned in the ancient sources, works are studied. It is emphasized that there are quite a lot of elements among the paleotoponyms functioning in the modern system of Azerbaijani toponyms and such elements are related to the different layers of the languages of the ancient Turkic clans and tribes. Is given etymological and structural-semantic analysis of the most interesting oikonyms.
