The article considers and gives the analysis of «loyally» as one of the central concepts arising in interaction cf the man and organization. The concepts «social position» and «attitude» as basic definitions in relation to concept «loyalty» are allocated. The definition cf loyalty as social - psychological state is given. The factors determining loyalty of the man in a society are considered, the conceptual model of loyalty is constructed. The author makes the conclusion, loyalty acts as a multiparametrical multilevel and an integral psychological phenomenon, which can be studied only t trough revealing of interrelation of the sum-total of influencing it factors and indicators of the state describing sufficiently enough its empirical manifestations.

The most important factor determining the success of professional training is students’ motivation, their interest to teacher’s profession. The main result of the experiment is orientation of first-year students to become a qualified professional of high level, that will provide them with great success at the beginning of their working way. Entering Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev is a way for first-year students to realize their vital aims and plans. The students are eager to get education, which will help them to become specialists in the changing conditions of professional activity, to admit these reforms. Students’ achievements and results are reflected in their personal portfolio. First-year students formulate an order for personal growth trainings, which help to develop the competence to change quickly and adapt to new working conditions. Forming of such competences will simplify students’ acceptance of the new social conditions. Also they hope that their achievements and activity in different spheres of students’ life will be appreciated. The research helps to define the direction of developing a set of measures: to adopt first-year students to educational process at pedagogical university aimed at formation of professional pedagogical values of students of Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. This paper is dedication to scientific examination of two his¬torical versions of origin of Russian surnames: official (non-ancestral) and informal (public, ancestral). Population-anthroponimic analysis as a scientific - research method was selected. So-called hypothesis of pro-portional representation, which the-oretically has to be performed in the case of justice of official version, has been controlled. Before, on the example of 12000 graduates Siberian Medical Univer-sity has been tested and showed, that in 25 % called hypothesis isn't performed, and it proves an-cestral (public) version of many Russian surnames These investigations were held with the use of 10000 graduates of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The results prove the made above conclu-sions at a great extent.

In article on the basis of the questioning of the heads of educational establishments the problem of definition of requirements to graduates of pedagogical high schools on a specialty «pedagogics and psychology» is considered. It is determined, that requirements to professional competence of graduates have practical-guided character with obligatory knowledge of rule-legal bases of activity of the teacher and necessary theoretical knowledge on pedagogics and psychology. While passing to two-level system of preparation of experts it is necessary to generate a precise structure of requirements within the framework of professional competence graduates.

Sabrekov Aleksandr Faritovich, Kleptsova Irina Evgenyevna, Glagolev Mikhail Vladimirovich, Maksyutov Shamil Shavratovich, Machida Toshinobu Methane emission from middle taiga oligotrophic hollows of Western Siberia // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 5 (107). P. 135-143

The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

The problems connected with forming subjectivity of the trainees are analyzed in the article. It is evident that it’s considered that forming subjectivity is realized during the educational process through subject-subject interaction. In the article a short analysis of subject-object, subject-subject, object-subject, object-object methods of realizing of educational process is done, their main occurrences are comprehended, and that allows revealing the characteristics of subjectivity through the conceptions “object” and “subject”. The results of the pilot research of the contemporary teacher made by students are given, and that allows stating the unformed subjectivity of the students. On the basis of the presented research the conditions which are necessary in the educational institution for forming the students’ subjectivity are revealed.
