The early stage of considering the idea of general positive and negative evaluation in the Germanic languages is connected with different kinds of evaluation: – pragmatically rational evaluation (‘useful, beneficial’ – *bat-, batiza); – normatively rational evaluation (‘over’ – *wers-, wairsiza; *ubil-); – intellectually psychological evaluation (‘match, connect, join’ – *gMd-, юiuю); – emotionally psychological evaluation (‘desirable’ – *wal-).
