Microbiological research of peat soils.
The present article represents an overview of the data obtained by the authors as a result of a long-term microbiological research of different sorts of peat soils in Russian regions. There are the numerous microbiological indexes confirming the purposefulness of the inclusion of all peat layers in the definition “peat soil” irrespective of its depth
