Potential of Organizations The problem of increasing of organizations’ adaptive possibilities is considered by author. Recent organizations function in extremely dynamic and uncertain business environment. One of the most important factors influencing their competitiveness is innovation receptivity that is largely determined by the level of information technologies used in organization. The main characteristic of innovation processes is unline-arness and it dictates new approach to the principles of innovation management.
