THE FEATURES OF CIVIL EDUCATION IN EUROPE
The article deals with the basic conditions and characteristics of the development of civilization in the educational system of Europe. Migration, growth of extremism, conflicts between multiculture and security, increased threat of terrorism, the expansion of the European Union are reviewing factors relating to the education and raising the question of innovative implementations that meet the standards and requirements of a modern European society. Continuous reform of the education system is conditioned by the search for the most appropriate programs to facilitate the construction of a democratic community of active citizens. The aspects of civic education are on all the levels of educational system and they transform with the changes of the European society.
