ADVANCEMENT OF THE LEVEL OF TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE DIRECTION OF “MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATION” BY MEANS OF COMPONENTS OF PERSONAL RESOURCES
The paper considers the problems associated with low levels of training of future specialists in the profile “management of organization”. Presents the analysis of existing educational standards and curriculum. It analyzes the current image of a manager from the perspective of the applicant, employee, manager and leading top managers. Based on the analysis offers a new concept for the training areas “Organization Management”. Unlike traditional approaches, the proposed concept is aimed at forming the necessary competencies and personal resources components: motivational component and psychological preparedness for effective professional activity. It reflected the basic forms necessary for the educational process and methods for the implementation of this concept in practice.
