THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE CIVIL AVIATION PILOTS TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
The article substantiates the relevance of the research to search for new approaches to the definition of organizational forms, means, methods and conditions for a successful development of modern specialist for professional work in the most critical areas associated with making effective decisions in situations of non-standard character, willingness to take responsibility for them. The results of analysis of problems of formation of readiness of specialist aviation profile for professional work. Define “readiness”, “professional readiness”, “readiness of aviation profile specialist for professional activity”. There are factors in the transformation of the existing learning process for its focus on the formation of the investigated readiness.
