APPLICATION OF METHOD OF TRAINERS FOR FORMATION AND CORRECTION OF READINESS FOR STUDYING AT MILITARY VUZ (INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION)
The article describes how to conduct psychological and pedagogical training. The methodology was developed during the study of readiness for military training. It was held within the framework of the activities of professional psychological selection. We relied on the techniques used in the identification of existing professionally important qualities of the applicant at the time of enrollment in the military educational institution of higher professional education. The proposed development is universal because it can be used both in group and individual work. The training can easily be adapted to the survey of the applicants of the higher educational institutions of other professional directions, mainly for the professions connected with special working conditions, where you need not only the ability to come to a decision promptly, but also the ability to choose from a variety of options the most appropriate one.
