THE PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF JUDICIAL PSYCHOLOGIST-EXPERT
The article outlines the theoretical and methodological bases of production of forensic psychological examinations. Gives the analysis of characteristics of mental activity of court psychologists-experts, the results of which are relevant for establishing the truth in criminal cases. It is concluded that an essential and necessary condition for the effectiveness of the professional activities of a psychologist-expert is the psychological component of professional activity. Shows on the example of forensic psychological assessment that diversity of expert process imposes strict requirements on the synthetic side of cognitive activity of the specialist, determines the maximum strain on its operational and longterm memory, voluntaryattention and perception, imagination and thought.
