STATE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION: FORMATION OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL COMPETENCIES
The article substantiates the necessity of state public administration in the process of formation of preschool children spiritual and moral competencies. The views of researchers on the role of preschool educational institutions as a coordinating link in the effective interaction between educators and parents in the context of the FSES of PE (Federal state educational standard of Preschool Education) are analyzed. The authors highlight the components of spiritual and moral competencies of preschool children, modern forms and methods of interaction with parents. The article presents the experience of implementing of state public administration in the Republic of Tuva.
