Semantics of Idioms: the Ways of its Representation and Dynamics

This article focuses on the analysis of the frame structure of idiom. The analysis includes several steps: the model of the semantic structure of the idiom, the model of its cognitive structure and correlation between these two models. The analysis of the frame structure shows the difference between the meaning of the idiom in consciousness of ordinary native speakers and the semantic structure of this idiom.
