THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF VARIABLE MODELS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATORS
On the basis of the historical and pedagogical analysis of models of increase and organization of professional development of teaching, systematization of models of an individualization and personification on the basis of domination and features of components of model are discovered and characterized.
