HISTORICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF THE NETWORK MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF ANDRAGOGICAL PROCESS OF TRAINING
In the process of the historical and pedagogical analysis of theories and concepts of additional professional education the main stages of formation of network model of the personified and individualized professional development of educators are discovered and analyzed.
