PERSONALIZED AND INDIVIDUALIZED MODELS OF TEACHER TRAINING: SETTING OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
On the basis of the analysis of historical and pedagogical concepts of additional vocational teacher education and practices of additional vocational teacher education of the Siberian Federal District the methodological apparatus of the individualized and personalized training educators’ research is justified.
