EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ PHYSICAL EDUCATION BASED ON THE MEANS OF AEROBICS
The articl contains theoretical analysis of the problems of physical education of net-generation students The existing system of physical education meets with some important setbacks of net-generation students. The issues of design and implementation of educational technology with the use of complex of recreational aerobics. The paper shows hierarchy of the content components of training; the most widely-spread types of aerobics, practiced in Russian colleges and universities and their place in the system of physical education; the teaching model for planning, organization and effecting the training process at higher education institutions.
