THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE GRADUATES: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
The paper examines the competitiveness of the graduates and competence-oriented approach which is a basis of the modern graduate training. The authors substantiate innovative teaching methods as a means of increasing the competitiveness of the graduates.
