TRAINING PROCESS IN PRECOMPETITIVE MONOCYCLE AS ELEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING YOUNG ATHLETES PRACTICING WUSHU
The article deals with the investigation of the problem of precompetitive training of young athletes practicing Wushu as an element of the system of sport training. It gives the description of the program of the training process of the young athletes practicing Wushu in precompetitive monocycle, which is developed by the authors and based on computer technology.
