THE POSSIBILITY OF THE OIL-AND-GAS COMPLEX OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO ADOPT THE NEW ECOLOGICAL STANDARDS OF MOTOR FUEL
In the article we consider why the Russian Federation adopts the Euro-3 and Euro-4 ecological standards, which demand to use the motor fuel, corresponding ecologically. We analyze the necessity to construct new modern oildeveloping factories, more economical and ecological, producing extra-pure motor fuel.
