SPECIFICS OF FORMATION AND STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF THE PERSON IN TRAINING (ON EXAMPLE OF MEDICAL STUDENTS)
Professional self identity is formed in the learning process and has the features associated with the choice of specialty. The use of a personalized approach to the organization of the educational process improves the quality of training of future specialists and develops the properties of the individual to ensure the success of a professional medical practice.
