FORMATION OF VOCATIONAL MUSICAL EDUCATION IN SIBERIA IN THE LATE XIX – EARLY XX CENTURIES
The article traces the process of formation of professional music education in the vast Zauralskaya territory of the Russian Empire in late XIX – early XX centuries and defines the activities of Tomsk Branch of the Imperial Russian Musical Society (IRMO) in this regard as the most consistent and successful.
