REGIONAL PARLIAMENTARISM: HISTORIOGRAPHY OF THE PROBLEM (1990’S – 2000’S)
The article is devoted to historiography of regional parliamentalism as a new phenomena in Russian Federation political practice. Different scientific fields are being considered, which study parliaments and research centers and address the issues of Russian Federation subject governmental authorities system functioning. The conclusion about level of knowledge of this problem in national historical studies is made.
