THE OPPORTUNITIES OF STUDYING SELF-ASSESSMENT PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT FEATURES OF TEACHERS ANF PSYCHOLOGISTS
The article deals with the opportunity of studying self-assessment of important features for professional activity through the modifying technique of studying a personality’s self-assessment by S. A. Boadassey, B. A. Sosnovsky. This modification was checked among the psychologists of educational institutions. The results of the research are analyzed. Psychologists’ professionally important features influence upon the level of their professional appraisal is presented in the article. The dynamics of prior professionally important features of teachers-psychologists according to their length of service are shown.
