USE OF THE NATURAL-CLIMATIC FACTOR IN THE URBAN PLANNING FOR THE NORTH IN 1920–1930-IES
Different climatic conditions (wind, thermal air mode, soil and ground conditions, local relief, snowy regime etc.) and their influence on the urban planning in the North in the 1920–30-ies are examined in the article. The author analyzes the normative-legal base in the urban planning and archive data to account for local conditions in construction of that period.
