TOWARD THE NOTION OF COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY: PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES
In this article the author deals with on the notion of collective responsibility, which is discussed in different studies. Increasing interest to the collective responsibility is a result of the changed technological activity. In the article the author declares that the notion of individual responsibility is limited in the complex conditions of the collective activity. However, turning to the idea of collective responsibility has also some controversies, which the author attempts to explain and suggest ways to overcome them.
