MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE UNIVERSITY
The authors distinguished management principles of innovative activity of the university in the context of conversion to post-industrial society, changes of the type of the scientific creativity. The principles, which define the essence of the interaction of entities of innovative activity of the modern university, are considered circumstantially. The requirements to the head of the university are distinguished on the basis of the analysis of ideas about modern educational reality. Herewith the university is regarded as a special social system.
