ACCUMULATION OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT METHODS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF HANDICAPPED CHILDREN AND TRAINING PEDAGOGICAL STAFF OF DEFECTOLOGICLE PROFILE
This article describes the evolution of the knowledge and attitude of the society and the state for children with various deviations in development, and shows the importance of this knowledge for the training of specialists defectologists in Russia.
