THE MECHANISM OF TEACHER’S SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE AT SCHOOL
The question of personal and professional development of teacher’s qualities is considered as a manner of response to an innovative development. Applying to route maps for work with young teachers and using the project method in management can be mechanisms for professional self-development. The use of these mechanisms at school # 3 in Tomsk has promoted the development of teacher’s professional competence and a successful realization of innovative educational practice.
