THE STRUCTURE OF FOREIGN LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE IN THE CONCEPTS OF COUNCIL OF EUROPE AND RUSSIAN TEACHING METHODS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES
The article is devoted to the concepts of structure of foreign linguistic competence, overviewed in the monograph “Common European Framework of Reference for languages: learning, teaching, assessment” of Council of Europe and Russian teaching methods of foreign languages. The analysis of main approaches to the content of linguistic competence lays the basis for defying the general structural components of this notion, assigned by foreign and native methodologists.
