The article deals with the phenomenon of formation of reflective paradigm in the conditions of modernization of secondary professional training, the comparative analysis of the cognitive and reflective paradigms of education is carried out, the author represents practical pedagogical experience on reflective management of Shadrinsk polytechnic college development.
