The article is devoted to the model of sports blow, taking account the influence of muscular efforts, concerning the values of dynamic characteristics of the blow. All the characteristics of the blow, regarded in the model, are defined by the suggested measuring and programmed complex. The results of approbation of the model under the conditions of the training process have been cited.
