THE PROBLEM OF NATIONAL AND CONFESSIONAL MINORITIES IN THE HISTORY OF OLD POLISH-LITHUANIAN COMMONWEALTH (1569–1795)
The article is devoted to the problem of interrelations of people who are the representatives of different nationalities and religions on the territory of the old Commonwealth in the 16th – 18th centuries. As a result of emerged situation during almost five centuries of the old Polish-Lithuanian state history no one nation of the Commonwealth has lost its historical and national consciousness besides the polonisation of many representatives of these nations.
