SPECIALIST TRAINING QUALITY IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION; ITS ESTIMATION, AND PROVIDING FROM A PERSPECTIVE OF COMPREHENSIVE AND COMPETENCY BUILDING APPROACHES
The paper is based on comparative analysis of estimation and providing of specialist training quality from a perspective of psychology-pedagogical and competency building approaches. The conclusion made concerns the necessity of these approaches implementation for specialist training quality providing; their personal potential development in terms of secondary and higher vocational education.
