THE CONCEPT “INFORMATION” AS THE BASIS OF INFORMATION COMPETENCE OF RURAL SCHOOL TEACHERS
The analysis of the concept of ICT-competence of the rural schoolteacher, carried out in the article suggests the need for a new level of competence in the form of information and educational environment of the school. Taking into account this factor, there are basics of formation of information competence of the teacher at rural schools.
