In the article we determine the contents, place and role of logistic analysis in the system of economic and management analysis. On the ground of integration connections of logistic analysis with the basic kinds of management analysis on the enterprise, we show the pre-conditions for fulfilling the integration function by logistic analysis. These pre-conditions come out from analysis of decomposition of the enterprise as a complex economic system.
