In the article the estimation of economic efficiency of transfer of business process of activity of the organization on outsourcing is considered. As a base model of estimation of economic efficiency the author offers indistinctinterval methods. In the article the example of estimation of economic efficiency of transfer of accounting of small enterprise on the outsourcing, the mathematical apparatus of the theory of indistinct sets based on use is resulted.
