In the article specificity and the place of the first decades of the 16th century during new European modernizations are analyzed on the basis of some international and Russian research of the historical and sociological plan. The author reveals the essence of the occurred transformations; features of position of the two countries: France and Germany, in the united European system; and also the role of the “old” elites in the development of the new mentally-behavioral issues.
