Till 1995 the basic was privatization, subsequently on the foreground methods of buying up and shares buying up, bankruptcies, including custom-made, intracorporate conflicts and wars have left. Now the increasing value gets such quite civilized repartition method as merges and absorption. In development process property repartition methods changed from wild and force methods to market methods.
