HISTORICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS IN RURAL UNGRADED SCHOOLS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The models of historical and pedagogical formation of teachers’ professional competence in rural ungraded schools in the Russian Federation are analyzed in this article. These models can be realized in two lines: training for rural ungraded schools and organizing of professional teachers’ development for this type of educational institution.
