THE CONCEPT OF FORMATION OF NETWORKING IN RURAL SCHOOLS TO MEET THE CHALLENGES OF MODERNIZATION OF EDUCATION
The article analyses general historical and pedagogical tendencies of development of municipal educational systems in Russia, rural educational systems specific character, tendencies in realization of accessibility ideas, quality and efficiency in the process of structural complex changes in 2002–2009, tendencies in the process of forming of educational establishments’ nets inside the complex project of education modernization (Tomsk region).
