STRATEGY OF HUMAN RESOURCES AS THE BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF ADDITIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION OF TEACHERS OF UNGRADED SCHOOLS
The article describes the comprehensive theory of human resource development and personnel policies as a methodological basis for developing the model for further education of teachers on the basis of new pedagogical techniques using information and communication technology infrastructure and implementation through its innovative methods in the work of ungraded schools.
