Pedagogical Culture of a Teacher within Humanization of Education
In the article the author considers reorganization in contemporary school, which undergoes the reformation period caused by a move to a new educational paradigm, the priorities of which are the person-related interests that are adequate to tendencies of intensive development of the society. Pedagogical culture of a teacher is considered from positions of culturology as a component providing success in realization of demands of person-oriented educational process.
