THE HUMANISTIC APPROACH IN FOREIGN THEORIES OF DISTANCE EDUCATION
The theory of distance education of B. Holmberg based on empathy and the theory of transactional distance of M. G. Moore are analyzed in the article. The humanistic approach realization in foreign theories of distance education is considered. The invariant characteristics of humanistic approach in distance education are determined.
