6-year-old data of examinations and physical and chemical laboratory researches of a condition of food raw materials and foodstuff of the food markets of Tomsk are presented. It is established, that carrying out of diagnostic researches have allowed remaining stably safe throughout a number of years of territory of Tomsk. It promoted prevention of distribution of the sharp infectious diseases transferred to the person through a foodstuff.
