GENDER DIFFERENCES IN PROFESSIONAL STANDING OF PERSONALITY OF THE STUFF IN SERVICE INDUSTRY
The article describes actual problems of professional standing of personality of the stuff in service industry in conditions of modern market-oriented economy. The article also deals with the detailed analysis of the results of completed psychological research and gives practical recommendations to employers in order to optimize working practices of the service stuff.
