DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATIONAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE DOCTOR

In the article the essence of professional activity of the doctor is defined, its motivational component is allocated, necessity of its development is proved, the role of higher education in development of professional activity of the person of the doctor is emphasized. The value of a motivational component in development of professional activity of the doctor is marked. The positions of the program of development of professional activity of the doctor on the basis of its motivational component during training in medical high schools are stated. Data of empirical research of development of motivational component of educational and professional activity of medical students are cited.
