THE PREREVOLUTIONARY TEACHERS’ INSTITUTES IN WESTERN SIBERIA DURING THE FIRST WORLD WAR (1914–1916)
The article characterizes the condition of West Siberian Teachers’ Institutes during the First World War. It shows the influence of The war on the inner life and order of these institutions and describes the process of crisis phenomenon intensification in the field of pedagogical education against the background of social and economic problems in wartime.
