CREATIVE WORK AS A FORMING FACTOR OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALISTS
The psychological problems of training of future pedagogical specialists are regarded in the article. The correlation of such notions as «creative thinking», «creative abilities» and «creative activity» is analyzed. The creative work of future pedagogical specialists is considered on the base of empiric material. The notion «professional competence» is also regarded. The role of creative work is analyzed while the formation and development of professional competence of future pedagogical specialists at the theoretical and empiric levels.
